Orders are prepared and delivered on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays). All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. If your order cannot be processed, an email notification will be sent to advise.

At this time we do not offer shipping to more than one location per order. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We’ll be required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, and Washington. If you are shipping to any of these states, the appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation.
Return Policy
All supplements products are final sale and cannot be returned unless the product is damaged or defective.
For all other products, we gladly accept unused items on www.folliGenixHair.com. We cannot accept items that have been opened unless the product is damaged or defective. If a set is being returned, all products in the set must be returned. To initiate a refund, contact Customer Service via email at concierge@FolliGenixhair.com to provide us with your order number. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 business days when we receive the items for your account to be refunded. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process. Items purchased outside the United States are not eligible for returns.
Shipping
We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of return will be deducted from your refund. We recommend that you send your return via an insured method, which can be tracked in the case of loss. Please remember to record your Tracking Number to monitor delivery status.
PAYPAL RETURN POLICY
You can return through PayPal within 30 days for a full refund. If you pay your return, your PayPal account will be refunded directly. A refund on a credit card with the same billing or shipping name that appears on your PayPal order. Refunds to credit or debit cards may take up to 30 days depending on the card company involved.
